About the opportunity
The Program Compliance Officer ensures the ACT Kinship Care Program operates in full compliance with legislative, contractual, and quality standards. The role supports carer accreditation, payment systems, record management, and child safeguarding, while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The program compliance officer will monitor and maintain compliance, oversee compliance in out-of-home care, including carer accreditation, payments, record-keeping, and safeguarding practices, support program development and implementation aligned with ACF’s therapeutic care model and collaborate with the Manager, Quality Unit, and ACT leadership to embed quality and child-centred practices.
